We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 within Australia or a flat fee of $5 for other orders. 

Once we receive your order it will be dispatched NEXT business day (usually same day!). When your package has left our distribution centre you will receive an email from Australia Post containing your tracking number so that you can track the progress of your delivery.

Need it sooner?

We know that sometimes you just need that order sooner so you can choose our Express Post option. Deliveries are normally received within 1-3 working days depending on your location in Australia AND you can opt for a Saturday delivery if you live in Queensland (to see if you qualify for Saturday delivery follow this link and pop in your post code http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/domestic-delivery-times.html)

Express shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $16.95.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying freight charges for any refused shipments and unclaimed goods. It is Movement Mecca’s aim to get your order delivered within as fast as possible however sometimes delays or losses are incurred by Australia Post. We will do our best to help rectify any issues that occur once your order leaves our distribution centre but we will not be held liable. 

If required, the customer is responsible for signing and accepting their delivery. Any redelivery costs will be passed on to the customer if the delivery details provided are incorrect or there is no one at the delivery address at the time of delivery.

All orders will be confirmed by Movement Mecca via email which will include an order number and a further email will be sent with your tracking number once your products have been shipped by Australia Post. Please quote your order number when making any enquires regarding your delivery.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150 to New Zealand or a flat fee of $15 for other orders. 

Once we receive your order it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. When your package has left our distribution centre you will receive an email from us letting you know your activewear is on its way!

Do you offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia and NZ?

At this stage we are not shipping elsewhere, however we are in the process of sourcing the cheapest shipping options available and will soon be able to send gear to our international customers in other countries. Stay tuned...we won't make you wait too long and we promise it will be worth the wait!

I received an email from MM that my order was on it's way but another email with a tracking number did not follow. How can I track my order?

Just get in touch with us either via FB messenger, the chat function on our website (bottom right corner) or our contact us page and let us know. We will look into this ASAP for you!
