Peanut Butter Cups - By The Raw Baller

You 'butter' believe these will change your snack game ✨
These Peanut Butter Cups created by Kylee from The Raw Baller are plant based, naturally sweetened and so so simple to whip up...

130g of your fave Peanut Butter
30g Protein Powder
3 tbs Maple Syrup
2 tbs Coconut Oil
1 tsp Quality Vanilla Essence ⠀
200g Dark Chocolate

1. Line a tray with ten silicon cupcake moulds or patty cases⠀
2. Melt the chocolate and set aside ⠀
3. Place roughly two tablespoons of chocolate into the base of each case. Pick each one up and gently swirl the chocolate so it coats the sides evenly (like in the picture below). Pop the tray into the fridge to cool for at least 20 minutes⠀
4. Blend all of the other ingredients together in a high powered food processor or blender⠀
5. Remove the tray from the fridge and using a teaspoon place a spoonful of mixture into the centre of each case, press down carefully to keep the edges clean⠀
6. Top up each case with the remaining melted chocolate, being sure to cover the filling by at least 5mm ⠀
7. Sprinkle with any toppings like roasted nuts or cacao nibs and place into the fridge to set for a minimum 3 hours
8. Take photos and tag us and The Raw Baller and then store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks⠀
9. Oh, and try and refrain from eating them all in one go...GOOD LUCK!!
