If you can learn to nourish your body by eating well, and train to establish (or better) a solid mind/body connection, then you're right on the money!

Eating foods that make you feel good inside and out; foods that sustain your required energy levels; foods that help your brain function well and make you feel alive. Not foods that leave you lethargic, unmotivated and sick. Not foods that you're going to feel guilty/remorseful for eating! 

Chasing a certain bodyweight, size or particular aesthetic to me feels hollow, boring and uninteresting. Who really cares - perfection is fatally boring.

It's not about punishing yourself for the weekends misdemeanours! It’s not about aesthetic based goals. It's not about trying to erase the 'marks/scars/lumps' of childbearing. It's about who you are right here, right now! 

Training should be fun! It should be about performance based goals, whatever that means to you. Above all, it should be about forming a healthy relationship with yourself, based on respect, understanding and love.

Nutrition and training are about holistic wellness and a balanced approach. It's about emotional and mental health. It's about building self-confidence and a sound mind. 

When you can get things working in harmony in your current lifestyle, whatever your day may entail, the rest will effortlessly fall into place!
